Established in 1994, Aaxis,
Inc. was originally a small business start-up and consulting firm. Originally specializing
in high-end design and graphics, the style of a Rasa-built site has evolved to become more
practical, simple, usable, and profitable. Rasa now specializes in enabling
small business with a complete Internet and web site package -
consulting, hosting, design, ecommerce, support, and marketing
In the case of commercial web sites, it became clear
that marketing was as important as the site design and construction. Because the Internet
is a new medium, conventional marketing strategies and practices needed to be reevaluated
and new techniques developed. Aaxis was created to address these issues.
We created a concept of
"foundation marketing services" or those inexpensive and yet
effective ways to attract qualified visitors to a web site. The core
of our concept is search engine optimization which we do at a
professional level and provides our design or marketing clients a
minimum but cost effective base of site traffic.
The founder, and owner of Aaxis is Bruce Frankel. Bruce has 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur, consultant, and
designer. He was formerly Director of Design Technology for a Boston area web development
firm.
John Trefry, VP and Marketing
Director has had 20 years experience in marketing and communications
and has been the director of corporate and community travel
businesses.
